Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/4 cup local honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pack sugar free Jello pudding mix
- 1 can 100% pure pumpkin (15oz)
- 1 cup dry old fashioned dry oats
- 6 scoops Optimum Pro Complex
- 4 scoops whey protein
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Optimum Nutrition Liquid Stevia Extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Changes
In order to improve texture, I substituted a pack of sugar free Jello pudding and included a 1/2 tsp baking soda. The nutritional information was no re-calculated, but should remain pretty much the same.
